Master in European Project Management

DURATION: 60 HOURS

Promimpresa EU projects implements actions of direct project planning (formulation of strategies for sustainable local development, innovative project ideas, and coordination and management of international project activities), and provides consultancy and support (building and facilitating partnerships, searching for funding, and developing executive projects) to public entities and private organizations.

Thanks to a passionate and competent team, numerous expert collaborators, and an extensive network of European partners, Promimpresa EU projects promotes cooperation and social and economic development in national and international contexts, through activities of inclusion, research, and strengthening of formal, informal, and non-formal education systems.

The Europroject Management course offers the opportunity to have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the funding opportunities that Europe provides for the implementation of local and international development projects. It analyzes different funding programs, delving into the most suitable lines and actions for those entering the world of Europroject Management.

In-depth theme:
European Erasmus+ 2021-2027 funding programs (K1, K2, and K3) with the new European regulations 2021-2027.
The program is dedicated to the main cross-cutting skills of Project Cycle Management of European projects: from building partnerships to activity management, from budget formulation to monitoring and evaluation. The course also includes a practical tutoring component that aims to work directly on proposal forms for successful project writing and acquire tools to plan, manage, and monitor project actions. You will have the opportunity to develop your idea and implement it with the EU projects Promimpresa Department team!

Participants at the end of the training program will be able to:

Understand European funds and navigate easily within various funding possibilities, with practical experience in Erasmus plus calls.

Identify the most suitable project paths for the goal to be achieved and the nature of the activity/work to be included in the project context.

Use a project language skillfully.

Develop an Erasmus plus project proposal using appropriate project design methodologies and tools.

Formulate innovative ideas that respond to identified needs.

Build partnerships and communicate with international actors and partners, developing networking actions.

Duration

The course takes place entirely ONLINE, with a total duration of 60 hours distributed as follows:

Phase 1

THEORY – 42 hours

Phase 2

Project Work – Tutoring – 10 hours

Phase 3

Presentation and Evaluation of the Program – 8 hours

  • Module I: EU – from policies to projects – Funding schemes
  • Module II: From project ideas to European programs
  • Module III: Technique and methodology of drafting European projects
  • Module IV: Project budget
  • Module V: The form: study and compilation
  • Module VI: Quality, Evaluation, and Monitoring
  • Tutoring: Project Work
  • Presentation: Final evaluation

Each module consists of 7 hours.

Methodology and Materials

The educational path is supported by interactive methodologies—including document sharing, web content, applications, chat, breakout sessions, and exercises—that facilitate participant involvement through direct experimentation of acquired content. This approach is further enhanced by handouts created specifically by the teaching staff and a wide selection of specific documentation, research, and informative sources on calls and programs, all delivered through exclusive access to the e-learning platform.

Certification

The course, delivered through the platform, leads to an ICEP certification.

Evaluation and Monitoring

The Project Work phase involves the creation of projects that will be autonomously developed by participants based on the preparatory work done in the virtual classroom with teachers. The project work aims to draft a project through the project ideas developed by the working groups.
