• Youth Mental Health Support: Developing a structured approach to using humour as a tool for emotional resilience.
• Capacity Building for Educators & Youth Workers: Providing training and resources to effectively integrate humour-based methodologies into youth work.
• Cross-sector Synergies: Establishing collaboration between youth organisations, mental health professionals, and educators to create a comprehensive support system for vulnerable youth.

The Comic Relief consortium consists of six partners from four countries:

• A handbook for educators with humour-based activities and methodologies.
• Guidelines for intersectoral collaboration on stress management for young people.
• A certification scheme to validate the competences acquired through the project.

• Emotional intelligence and stress management for young people.
• Pedagogical strategies for youth workers and educators.
• Implementation of humour-based non-formal learning techniques.

By addressing mental health challenges through an innovative humour-based methodology, the Comic Relief project contributes to fostering emotional resilience among young people and enhancing the capacity of youth workers across Europe.
